Introduction by Francesco Clemente

“Timothy Greenfield-Sanders” is the photographer’s first monograph. This 240 page book, curated by Demetrio Paparoni, published and printed in Italy, includes over 350 portraits.

The book is in both English and Italian.

Photographs include artists and architects, scientists and politicians, writers and poets, actors and directors, stars of the worlds of rock and classical music, and sports personalities … Willem de Kooning, Jasper Johns, Francesco Clemente, Lou Reed, Toni Morrison, David Bowie, David Byrne, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Jimmy Carter, Vaclav Havel, Steven Spielberg, Mohammed Ali, and Monica Lewinsky to name a few. Greenfield-Sanders’ signature work comes from both the super-large format 20×24 Polaroid camera and his own antique 11×14 view camera
